Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at Strypes, you will use modern project and controlling best practices.  You will coordinate the project budget, schedule, and resource plans. Your role will be the controlling point for the ongoing projects, monitoring closely project documentation, KPIs, organization, processes. You will work closely with Project Managers and will report directly to the Group Manager. 

The candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication, as the successful candidate will need to be very detailed oriented, good communicator and willingness to always achieve results.

Essential Functions:

Work in collaboration with a project management team on major software projects;

Prepare and validate project worksheets in the end of the month, for separate projects;

Monitor and manage project resources and utilization in project resource allocation plans; 

Responsible for establishing project financial and delivery controls. Forecasting cost & revenue;

Responsible for establish project processes and optimization;

Plan and execute internal project audits;

Ensure time tracking and billing processes are completed on time;

Job Requirements

BS/BA in a related field

2+ years’ experience as Project Coordinator, PMO, or Financial Controller;

Experience in project financials, budget tracking, utilization and control;

Experience in monitoring and updating project resources and utilization;

Experience in performing internal project audits;

Good understanding of Waterfall or/and Agile methodologies;

Very good organizational skills with attention to the details;

Very good communication and presentation skills;

Proactive, cooperative and positive person;

Excellent analytical and conflict management capabilities;
PMI certification will be considered as a plus;
