Our growing business requires the strong presence of a dedicated and experienced Marketing Manager who will be accountable for the marketing strategy, positioning and branding of Strypes. We are looking for an ambitious person that knows to drive a solid strategy with a pragmatic and can-do mentality. The role will report directly to the Sales Director and will cover the areas such as:
Drive the formulation and execution of the (online) marketing plan. Develop marketing plans and identify best practices for campaigns and other marketing support in collaboration with the sales manager and new business manager.
Build and improve brand awareness amongst our target groups, guide the flawless execution and success of our digital marketing campaigns, events and PR activities.
Define the vision for brand positioning for Strypes and labels, cooperate with ICT Group and join forces on omni-channel positioning of Strypes. Grow and influence a network of in- and external stakeholders and represent Strypes to external stakeholders (e.g. strategic marketing, brands marketing, and external parties).
Development and execution of a Strypes employer branding strategy
Management of existing team plus overall supervision of external agencies and freelancers
Development/refinement of Netherlands, Bulgaria and Sweden regional marketing plans plus tracking and forecasting of spend
Work closely with our Sales team in the Netherlands and our operational teams in Bulgaria;
Highly experienced with leading projects like marketing automation campaigns, lead management, lead nurturing, content marketing.
Digital Marketing: Define and strengthen online positioning with website (SEO), utilization of pipedrive for campaigns and delivery of consistent and engaging social media marketing content, creation of bi-monthly newsletters for employees and customers Own the company websites and constantly analyze their performance and suggest and execute improvements
Measurement of marketing initiatives at all levels to facilitate sound decision-making
Regular making of suggestions for the adoption of new tools and processes that can improve efficiency and increase growth; Oversee and participate in the planning, and execution of sponsored live and digital events;
Able to define KPI’s and prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that demonstrate the marketing team’s performance based on the KPI’s and plans.
>5 years of (digital) marketing experience in a senior role
Experience in developing and executing marketing and communication plans Experience in coaching and giving guidance to co-workers
Ability to take ownership of projects and great decision-making abilities;
Experience in identifying target audiences and able to create digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate and lead to conversion;
Strong analytical skills to forecast and identify trends;
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;
Professional experience at an IT company is a plus.
A University degree related to the position;
Multitasking and detail-oriented personality;
Strong analytical skills – creating and analyzing quantitative data reports;
Fluency in English (Bulgarian or Dutch is an advantage)
Location in Bulgaria (Sofia surroundings) or The Netherlands (Eindhoven surroundings)
