Job Description

HR Manager mission is to be a key enabler of sustainable company environment by cooperation with all management levels and having the employees involvement. 

HR ensures People Development Process and Talents Acquisition are effectively executed, as well as all related policies and procedures are transparent. 

This role will oversee and perform all aspects of the HR function:

  • Recruitment

  • Employee Relations

  • Compliance

  • Employee Benefits Administration and rewards

  • Personal development and Performance Management


Job Requirements

Education:

  • BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or any related field. 

Professional Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR management or HR related position

  • Communicates effectively with all levels within the organization

  • Proven track record of reliability and responsibility

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills

  • Detail oriented

  • Able to handle confidential information

  • Strong work ethic, integrity and personal accountability

  • Experience in an IT company will be considered as an advantage

  • Experience in a company of 100+ people and introducing new HR processes will be a strong plus

Language Skills:

  • Excellent knowledge of English (both written and verbal)

  • Friendly and open minded

  • Problem-solving/Creativity

  • Adaptability and flexibility

  • Interpersonal abilities: Relationship-building and relationship-management

Authority:
